Leads Direct offers a wide range of payment methods for customers purchasing any of our leads, cables and associated products.

If you prefer and have already registered your card with us or purchased from us using a card you can fax or email your order or use our non-secure ordering page and we will charge the card on despatch. If you have not yet registered your card with us, you can do so (and place your order at the same time if you so wish) via our Credit Card Hotline on 08448 155 955 (Lo-call local rate, multiple lines). This line is manned as much as possible, often until late in the evening as well as during normal business hours, and an answering service is available at all other times. If you wish to pay by Card and are not answered by a person when you call, simply leave a contact telephone number and one of our staff will call you back as soon as possible.

Online orders placed using a credit card via our secure service are charged at the time of order. For stock items ordered by all other methods cards are not normally charged until the goods are ready for despatch. Special orders and custom leads may be charged in advance of despatch, but this will be agreed with the purchaser in each case. In the unlikely event that a card is charged and then it is discovered that the goods are not available a full refund will be given. We can also accept Cheques, Cash, Postal Orders, Bankers Draft, Giro Transfers, Bank Giro Credit, Electronic Payment, BACS, and payments directly from your Internet Banking account as long as your Bank supports such payments. We are able to accept Purchase Orders from Government and Education, and selected companies.

If you wish to use an electronic payment method, please email us or telephone and we will provide you with the necessary details by return.

If you wish to pay by Post, please make your Cheque, Postal Order or Bankers Draft payable to Leads Direct and send it to 89 Railway Road, Newhaven, East Sussex, BN9 0AY. We do not recommend sending cash, but if you do so you should use Registered Post for security reasons. We cannot accept responsibility for any payments we do not receive.
